Were it not always been economic crises?
If one follows the reports in the media and see the mood of the people who come to the idea that the current economic crisis, the end of the industrial economy must be worldwide. Only negative reports and existential fears determine the actions of the population. But how many people are actually affected by the crisis because - how many have been unemployed? Clearly it is a personal apocalypse when the threat of unemployment, but most still retain your job. The problem is the fear-mongering by the media! People would normally consume more, Build houses and buy cars, would be the crisis is quickly over. By the momentary depression a few large companies will go bankrupt, but that there is room for small and medium-sized companies a larger percentage of even more jobs than the large ones. Also see the crisis as a world destruction, but as an opportunity for a fresh start. Whoever makes a virtue out of necessity, economic opportunities exploited, could soon be on the next upswing driven very far forward. So your eyes and ears open - and if a business opportunity offers the promise of success and you watch out - they listened to you and grabs the opportunity by the forelock.
