"Constitution and the Constitutional Treaty"
Quite apart from the accusation of plagiarism seems to have been used in the thesis of Mr. Guttenberg and linguistically more copper than gold. Two sides I have seen, the preface:
"... the Konrad Hesse embossed model ..." (Preface, p. 6). The embossed model. Well, in the difficult grammar cosmos with its low areas one can easily head encounter.
"Not only have the special designation of the preparation of the draft Treaty establishing a Constitution for Europe addressed the Committee ..." (P. 16) How inelegant, so very many genitives in a sentence, and then missing also the genitive-s. Very bad style: The writing of a letter from a letter (s) concerned about the letter writer ...
So what is summacumlaudet held out of service. The scientific community is sometimes a mystery to me.
